User Glossary

Care Partners

also referred to as Caregivers

Care Partners are the primary user in the app responsible for creating, assigning and managing maps for patients; access includes oversight to view patient’s activities, ability to receive alerts for complete or incomplete tasks, and ability to add photos/videos/audio to maps for greater personalization.

Individuals

also referred to as Residents

Individuals are assigned various maps to complete tasks at a specific time to improve quality of life; access includes map view, calendar view and ability to see their family and caregiver information.

Family Members

Family Members are the account owners for retail accounts; access is similar to care partners if the family member is the primary caregiver for patients who reside at home; access includes oversight to view patient’s activities, ability to receive alerts for complete or incomplete tasks, and ability to add photos/videos/audio to maps for greater personalization.

Secondary Family Members

Secondary Family Members are any family members that are not the account owner, such as a distant relative who is interested in the patient’s well-being and daily activities; access includes visibility of maps and scheduled activities and ability to add photos/videos/audio to maps for greater personalization.

Business Managers

Business Managers are the account owners for commercial accounts; access includes ability to assign care partners to patients in their respective communities.
